| 摘 要： | 对盐酸达克罗宁(Dyclonine Hydrochloride)合成工艺进行研究。以正丁醇为起始原料,经卤代生成正溴丁烷,正溴丁烷与苯酚钠进行Williamson反应生成苯丁醚,此醚在Lewis酸催化下与乙酸酐酰化生成对丁氧基苯乙酮,然后与哌啶盐酸盐、多聚甲醛进行三组分的Mannich反应得盐酸达克罗宁。总收率为32%。

| Abstract: | Dyclonine Hydrochloride was efficiently and scalable prepared in four steps in 32 % total yields.Authors chosed n-butanol as the starting material.Bromination the alcohol afforded n-butyl bromide,Williamson reaction of which with the phenol generated the n-butyl phenyl ether,acetylation the ether with acetic anhydride produced the responding ethyl ketone.Finally Mannich reaction which with other two components completed the synthesis of desired compounds. |
