摘    要:研制了基于巴氏噪声的曲轴残余应力测试仪,介绍了人工神经网络技术的原理、学习与训练方法等内容,以及如何建立BN信号与应力间的关系。实验数据表明该仪器测试数据准确可靠。

Abstract:An instrument for residual stress of crankshaft was developed on the basis of Barkhausen noise. The principle and algorithm of neural networks,and how to build the relationship between BN and stress. It was found in the test that the testing data was exact and reliable.
