高功能化羧基丁苯胶乳在涂布白纸板中的应用

研究了高功能化羧基丁苯胶乳在涂布白纸板面涂中的应用情况。实验结果表明,高功能化羧基丁苯胶乳具有优良的机械和化学稳定性,配制的涂布白纸板面涂涂料性能稳定,保水性能好,高剪切条件下表观黏度较低。扫描电镜显示,涂层表面微观粗糙度较大,但表面致密性好,孔隙少,透气度低,表面印刷强度高,印刷光泽度好;而纸页光泽度、油墨吸收性及挺度能维持在质量标准要求的范围之内。

Application of High Functionalized Carboxylated Styrene-butadiene (SBR) Latex in Coated White-Board Paper

The application of high functionalized SBR latex in the top layer of coated board was investigated.The results showed that high functional latex have excellent mechanical and chemical stability, and the top layer coating color containing the SBR latex has good performance, good water-holding characteristic and lower apparent viscosity under high shear force. SEM study of the coated board indicated that although micro-roughness of the surface of coating layer is high, the surface structure of coating layer is compact. There is a little opening and low air permeability, resulting in higher surface strength and print gloss.The gloss, ink absorbency and stiffness could meet the standard requirements.
