广蓄电厂5号机组转子磁极故障分析与更换方案

摘    要:随着抽水蓄能电站在电网中的调节和事故备用作用的发挥,抽水蓄能机组启动和工况转换快的特点在稳定电网中起到越来越多的作用,但在机组频繁启动运行情况下或多或少对机组和设备部件使用寿命会产生一定影响。文章通过对广蓄B厂发电机转子磁极发生故障原因进行分析总结,提出抽水蓄能机组在设备安装和运行方式上应注意改进的事项。

Abstract:With playing of the role of a pumped -- storage power plant in both grid regulation and emergency power supply, the characteristies of quick starting of a pumped - storage generating unit and quick changing of its operating condition plays even more important role in stabilizing of a grid. However frequently starting of the generating unit has certain influence on operation life of either the unit or the equipment to some extent. The paper puts forward the matters needing attention and improvement in the way of erecting and operating of a pumped - storage power generating unit based on the defect analysis of the rotor's magnetic poles of the Guangzhou Pumped- storage Power Plant B.
