大量配入精矿粉后的混匀矿堆积技术

摘    要:宝钢混匀矿自大量配入精矿粉以来,匀矿质量一度出现了下降现象。通过采取了控制精矿粉在匀矿堆积过程中的流量、将精矿粉作为参加匀矿堆积的特殊品种进行管理、在精矿粉从料场取出的过程中尽量多洒水等作业方法,以及采取适当改变精矿粉从料场取出的方式、要求在取料时适当提高料层的高度等环保措施,在环境不受污染的前提下,其匀矿质量仍达到世界先进水平。

Abstract:Since large amount of fine enriched ore is charged in the blended ore, the quality of the blended ore degrades occasionally. By means of different measures, such as controlling the flow of fine enriched ore during stacking the blended ore and managing the fine enriched ore as special stock in stacking and spraying water as more as possible during taking process of fine enriched ore from the material yard as well as appropriately changing the way of taking the fine enriched ore, increasing the charge bank height in case of taking, the blended ore quality still can remain at advanced level in the world under the precondition of no pollution to the environment.
