线位移传感器的校准方法研究

摘    要:针对在线检测与现场控制中的线位移传感器,提出了一种基于气浮式基线及双层式可分离工作台的线位移传感器校准方法。研制出适用于不同型式的线位移传感器的校准装置,综合不同的输出方式设计了接线盒,同时基于C#和ACCESS软件开发了数据处理和模拟软件,对其基本误差、线性度、灵敏度等参数的校准进行了实验研究,并经比对试验验证了该校准方法的合理性与有效性。

Abstract:In this paper, in order to implement linear displacement sensor calibration, which is widely applied in the automobile manufacture, shipbuilding, aerospace, nuclear industry and other on-line detection applications, a new calibration method based on air-float baseline and double-layer operation table is proposed. A long-range linear displacement sensor calibration device suitable for different types and a data processing simulation software based on C#/ACCESS are developed.Based on the experimental calibration of the linearity, sensitivity and other parameters, the reasonableness and effectiveness of the provided method are proved.
