摘    要:介绍树脂基复合材料在大型风力发电机叶片中的应用。玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)一直是风力发电机叶片的主要材料,但随着对大功率、长叶片需求的不断增加,GFRP风机叶片在强度和轻量化方面已经不能适应使用要求,因此采用强度比GFRP高几倍的碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)可有效解决因长度增加引起的叶片质量增加的问题,使设计更加合理和安全。同时也分析了复合材料风机叶片制造工艺的发展过程和应用前景,另外还对该叶片的发展趋势等问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:The applications of resin matrix composite in the blade for large wind turbine are reviewed. Glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP) is the main material of blade for wind turbine. However, with the increase of demands for larger power and longer blade, there are questions in the balance of strength and weigh for blades made only in GFRP. Carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP), whose modulus is times of that of GFRP, therefore are introduced to overcome the weigh problem. Such design makes the product more reasonable and safe. The developments and applications of fabrication process of blade are also reviewed. In addition, the developmental trend and testing problems of blade are discussed.
