摘    要:本文讨论了CO2激光器绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)超小型高频高压开关电源电路原理与设计方法。它是脉宽调制(PWM)单端正激型功率变换器,具有体积小、效率高、操作方便,工作可靠和成本低等优点。

Abstract:in this work a detailed discussion of circuit principle and design method of CO2 Laser IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) Subminature High- frequency High- Votage switch power supply is precented. It is PWM single-ended Forward Conveier, has the advantage of smaller volume, high- efficiency eastness to operate, high- -reliability and low cost et al.
