多级降压收集极效率的优化

摘    要:围绕着MDC的核心即提高效率问题,分析了MDC的物理模型,阐明了MDC的功率分布图并解释了其来源.利用MDC的入口条件生成的功率分布图,可以快速得到给定降压级数的MDC的最优化效率,以及各电极的最优化电位.在最优化电位附近进行模拟仿真,减小电位选择的盲目性,起到事半功倍的效果.

Abstract:It is the kernel mission and aim to improve multistage depressed collector (MDC) efficiency in the design and application. The physical model of MDC is analyzed and power distribution in it is illustrated in this paper. According to the power distribution picture, which is based on the electron initial condition in MDC, we can optimize the MDC efficiency and obtain the optimal electric potentials. On the vicinity of the potentials MDC could be simulated. In short, this way reduce the blindness in selecting potentials and facilitate the MDC design.
