细号强捻织物无PVA上浆工艺研究

摘    要:为提高CJ 7.3 tex、捻度2 100捻/m的细号乔其双绉织物的上浆效果,对该品种进行了无PVA上浆实践.采用PR-Su、CP-L高性能变性淀粉取代PVA上浆,配置高浓低黏的浆液,严格浆纱操作管理,控制浆槽温度、浆槽黏度,保持上浆率稳定,解决了细号强捻织物在浆纱过程中易扭结、移位的问题,提高了浆液的渗透性能,减少了并头、倒断头疵点,提高了好轴率,使织机效率由65%提高到85%.

Abstract:To increase sizing effect of CJ 7.3 tex and 2 100 twists per meter fine crepon georgette fabric,the product was sized without PVA. Modified starch PR-Su and CP-L were used to replacing PVA,higher concentration and lower viscosity sizing was made,sizing operational was managed strictly,temperature and viscosity of sizing box were controlled,sizing percentage were kept stable,yarn entanglement and transfer in sizing fine hard twist fabric were resolved,sizing permeability was improved,double ends and wild end defect could be reduced,loom efficiency could be improved from 65% to 85%.
