右旋热轧矿用树脂锚杆钢筋开发

针对右旋热轧矿用树脂锚杆钢筋直接与螺帽配合使用的特点，设计了成品孔型，保证成品的外形尺寸要求；通过理论计算和实际补偿，确定了成品前滑值，保证了横肋间距偏差控制在0．2mm以内；确定了横肋数量、轧辊直径及调整装置内外齿齿数之间的关系，实现了准确对肋；右旋锚杆实现了批量生产，钢材合格率约99．9％，屈服强度达350MPa，抗拉强度510MPa，伸长率24％，满足了用户要求。
