共聚物阻垢分散剂中官能团对硫酸钙阻垢协同作用研究

摘    要:以水为溶剂,过硫酸胺为引发剂,丙烯酸、异丙烯膦酸、丙烯酰胺为单体,分别合成了低分子量的丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺、异丙烯膦酸/丙烯酰胺二元共聚物,以及不同配比的丙烯酸/异丙烯膦酸/丙烯酰胺三元共聚物.用红外光谱对产物进行了表征。研究了在相同条件下,所舍相同基团的共聚物阻垢剂与复配型阻垢剂对硫酸钙的阻垢性能,以及不同组成的共聚物阻垢剂对硫酸钙的阻垢性能。用扫描电镜观察了共聚物阻垢剂与复配型阻垢剂对硫酸钙结晶形态的影响。结果表明,同一分子链上的基团间具有较好的阻垢协同效应,且基团组成不同,其阻垢协同效应也不同。

Abstract:In this paper, the binary copolymers of acrylic acid-acrylamide, isopropenyl phosphonic acid-acrylamide with low MW and the ternary copolyment of acrylic acid-isopropeneyl phoshonic acid-acrylamide with different formula ratios were prepared with peroxide as initiator and acrylic acid, isopropeneyl phosphonic acid and acrylamide as monomer, water as solvent. The structure of the product was manifested by IR technique. The scale inhibition performance of the compound scale inhibitor and the copolymer scale inhibitor with the same group against calcium sulphate, and the scale inhibition performance of the copolymer scale inhibitor with different composition against calcium sulphate were studied under the same condition. The influence of the copolymer scale inhibitor and compound scale inhibitor on the crystallinic morphology of calcium sulphate was observed by scanning electronic microscope(SEM). The results showed that there was better scale-inhibiting synergistic effect between the groups on the same molecular chain; the group composition was different and the scale-inhibiting synergistic effect was also different.
