摘    要:为了克服转子断条故障特征分量易受基频分量影响的困难,采用了一种基于“能量-故障”的诊断模式,利用小波理论对电动机定子电流采样信号进行特征频率提取,求出对应的能量分布,建立了表征转子断条故障的特征向量,用模方法实现了转子断条故障的快速在线监测与诊断。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficulty of influence on the characteristic frequency by the base frequency, this paper introduces a new on line monitoring method for rotor broken bar fault based on the "energy-fault" diagnosis mode. The characteristic frequency and the corresponding energy distribution were gained from the electric machine stator current signal by wavelet transformation.Hence, the eigenvector indicating the rotor bar broken condition can be set up. In this mode of the recognition way, the fast on line monitoring and diagnosis method for rotor broken bar fault can be implemented.
