类金刚石薄膜红外增透作用研究

摘    要:利用PLD(PulseLaserDeposition)技术,在硅或光学玻璃基底上制备的类金刚石薄膜,通过实验条件的调控,其折射率在17~22之间.理论分析和实验验证都得出同一结论:这种新型的功能材料可以作为多种物质的增透膜,特别是作为红外光学元件硅、锗等材料的增透膜,增透效果十分明显.

Abstract:For the purpose of clearing up the ambiguous concept that there exsists no relationship between modern physics and classical physics, it has stated the profound, inherent links between modern physics and classical physics by listing a few typical concepts and rules such as the special theory of relativity, the stationary state of microscopic particles and soliton in modern physics. The basic viewpoint that many physical concepts, including some important ones are set up on the basis of the concepts of classical physics is presented.
