| 摘 要： | 评述有关聚氯乙烯建筑制品、电线电缆和使用邻苯二甲酸酯的毒性和对环保的影响,叙述有关这些方面的内容。由此得出,总体上聚氯乙烯对环境是友好的,对人类健康没什么危害。因此,从纯粹科学观点而言,聚氯乙烯与任何其他竞争性材料同样对人体是无害的,没有任何理由限制消费聚氯乙烯及其他任何竞争性材料的应用。

| Abstract: | Comments on the toxicity and influences of PVC architecture articles, wire and cable and of phthalic ester on environment protection, and narrates the related contents.The conclusion is drawn that PVC is environment-friendly on the whole, and harmless to human. So as far as the scientific viewpoint is concerned, PVC is harmless to human as any other competitive materials. No excuses exist to limit PVC consumption and the application of any other competitive materials. |
