| 摘 要： | 针对重型钢结构安装中的厚钢板焊接热、冷裂纹产生的原因进行了论证,并相应提出了t8/5冷却时间值、厚板加热、方法、焊接层间温度控制方法和参数.对厚板焊接采用的坡口形式、焊接工艺和防层状撕裂措施等进行了分析说明.

| Abstract: | Aiming at a thick steel plate in install process of bigger and heavier type steel structure, the reason of crack by welding in hot and cold carried on the analytical argument. Put forward the t8/5 cools off time,a thick steel plate heating,method,the temperature control method and parameters in welding layer a temperature control method and parameters. The type of cleft and slope in welding thick steel plates, carry on the analytical elucidation of welding the craft and defend the layer form to tear to pieces the measure etc. |
