| 摘 要： | 通过阐述建筑施工企业参与以BT/BOT为主要模式的融资建造项目建设的必要性,分析在项目策划决策阶段、设计阶段和实施阶段等各阶段如何进行成本控制,并针对影响融资建造项目成本控制的关键因素提出了具体的控制措施,为大型建筑施工企业更好地参与融资建造项目提供了经验和借鉴。

| Abstract: | The paper illustrates the necessity for the financing construction program by taking BT/BOT as the major models,analyzes how to undertake the cost control at the decision-making stage,the design stage and the implementation stage,and points out some factual control measures for the key factors affecting the cost control of the financing construction programs,so as to provide the experience and reference for the large-scale construction enterprises in the financing construction programs. |
