| 摘 要： | 针对目前水电市场对建设方施工阶段造价控制的影响,分别从招标过程、现场设计变更管理、工程计量管理三个方面加强对工程造价的管理,并提出了一些看法及建议,以期为建设方施工阶段造价控制提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | According to the influence of the current hydropower market on the cost control of the constructors at the construction stage,the paper enhances the management over the engineering cost from the bidding process,the management of the field design changes,and the engineering measurement management,and points out some ideas and suggestions,so as to provide the reference for the cost control of the constructors at the construction stage. |
