谈砂性土层中盾构隧道施工技术

摘    要:针对南京地铁10号线TA02标如何在砂性土层中保证盾构的安全推进的难点,采取冻结加固体,水中进洞,同步及二次注浆,监控量测等一些措施,较好的解决了在砂性土层中出现的流砂,渗漏,超挖等施工难题。施工应用表明,该技术实施有效地控制了地表的沉降及隆起,使盾构安全到达。

Abstract:According to the TA02 Part of No.10 Line of Nanjing subway,the paper adopts some measures,including the frozen consolidated body,the tunneling in wate,the simultaneous and secondary grouting,and the supervision and measurement,so as to ensure the difficulties in the safety progress of the shield in the sandy stratum,solves some construction difficulties,including the flowing sand,the leaking,and the extra excavation in the sandy soil layer,and proves by the construction application that the technique can control the settlement and upheavals of the surface effectively,so the shield can be constructed safely.
