| Abstract: | Taking the East-West Expressway of Algeria as the engineering background,the paper introduces the concept of PST and its design forms briefly,illustrates the detailed process for the material definition,the analysis,the PST construction and the acceptance of the PSA technique,so as to provide the reference for the similar projects in their implementation process. |
