| 摘 要： | 结合我国招投标制度在建筑工程实行中的重要性进行分析,介绍了工程招投标的概念及意义,针对工程招标的公开与邀请两种方式,提出了建设工程应当具备的招标条件,以期促进我国的建筑安装工程能够稳步的发展。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the importance of the bidding system of China in the construction projects,introduces the concept and significance for the engineering bidding,and points out the necessary bidding conditions for the construction project according to two ways of the engineering bidding,that is,the public and invitation,so as to enhance the stable development of the architectural installation projects in China. |
