摘    要:针对智能光网络(As0N)通信系统中,当结温过高或电流过大的情况下不能使光源正常工作的问题,研究其基于半导体激光器多个工作环节的保护措施,并设计了慢启动保护、过流保护、温度保护、反向冲击电流保护、负反馈控制保护等电路,通过实验验证,这些电路能较好地对激光器进行保护。

Abstract:In ASON system, when junction temperature becomes too high or junction current becomes too large, the light source does not operate normally. Discussed the protection measures of multiple aspects based on semiconductor lasers and designed those protect circuits such as slow start protection, over-current protection, temperature protection and reverse impulse current protection, feedback control protection. Finally the experimental result shows that these electrical circuits can better protect the laser.
