柴油机颗粒排放的测量

摘    要:在欧洲和许多国家或地区,部分流稀释采样系统已经取代庞大而昂贵的全流系统CVS作为颗粒排放的专用测试设备。本文结合上海柴油机股份有限公司引进的AVLSPC472颗粒采样装置,系统阐述了柴油机颗粒排放的测试方法,并比较了各种测试方法的优缺点及其技术上的要求。可以看到,分流稀释采样系统如在设计上能满足法规的要求,其测量结果与CVS的有着很好的相关性。而由于它在价格和体积等方面的优势,分流稀释采样系统已成为未来颗粒测试系统的发展方向.

Abstract:In Europe and in many countries or regions, the partial-flow dilution sampling system, usedas a special test set-up, has taken the place of the full-flow system CVS, enormous and costly. Linkedwith the particulate sampling installation AVLSPC472 introduced from AVL by Shanghai DieselEngine Company Ltd., test methods for particulate emisstions from diesel engines have been elaboratedsystematically, and comparison in merits and demerits as well as technical requirement of various testmethods has been made. It can be seen that providing the partial-flow dilution sampling system isenabled to meet in design the specifications of relative rules and regulations, itS measurementS will beara good correlativity with those of CVS, and what is more, thanks to its advantageous price, size andothers, it already represents the development trend of future partculate testing systems.
