| 摘 要： | 本文概述了由华南理工大学轻工与食品学院完成的＂高值化蔗糖产业支撑体系技术路线图＂的部分内容,重点分析其中的技术壁垒和研发需求2大要素,通过对2大要素进行排序分析从而得出相应结论,以使甘蔗糖业人员更多了解高值化蔗糖产业支撑体系技术路线图的内容及其目的意义,进一步推动广东以至全国蔗糖产业高值化工作的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces part of the content of technology roadmapping of supporting system for the high value of sugar industry, especially focusing on the two elements of technological barriers and research needs. By sorting analysis of the two elements, we come to the conclusions correspondingly, in order to make sugar industry personnel learn more about its content, purpose and significance, thus further promoting the development of high value work in sugar industry of Guangdong province and even go national. |
