一种矿用一氧化碳检测仪的设计

摘    要:为了快速准确地检测煤矿井下一氧化碳的含量,提出了一种新型的基于飞思卡尔56F8346的矿用一氧化碳检测仪的设计方法.在对一氧化碳传感器中气敏元件工作原理分析的基础上,运用高性能的DSP控制器,研究并设计其软硬件系统,能够实现对煤矿井下作业环境中一氧化碳气体浓度的实时检测并显示以及超标声光报警和上位机通信等功能.通过实验可知,所设计的传感器性能稳定、可靠,精度和灵敏度完全能满足生产需求.

Abstract:This paper presented a new design for the carbon monoxide gas sensor based on 56F8346, which is used in coal and mine exploitation to detect the concentration of carbon monoxide gas. The hardware and software of carbon monoxide gas sensor was researched and realized using high performance DSP controller after analyzed the working principle of gas sensitive element in Carbon monoxide sensor. It can not only detect the concentration of carbon monoxide and display, sound and light alarm at the same time, but also communicate with computer. By experiments, the performance of the sensor designed is stable and reliable. The conclusion shows that its precision and sensitivity could meet sufficiently the demand.
