| 摘 要： | 制糖过程中产生的糖粉多年来一直影响制糖企业安全、卫生问题。本文根据糖厂糖粉飞扬的特点,探索一种糖粉收集的方法,并开发出糖粉收集设备。该设备能够高效收集扬起的糖粉,具有结构简单、节能、糖粉收集彻底等特点,已在多家糖厂投入使用,取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | The method of keeping powdered sugar is considered the most important in sugar production safety and health issues. Based on the characteristics flying powdered sugar in the sugar factory, a method to recycle powdered sugar were explored, and the equipment for recycling was developed. The device is able to efficiently collect raised sugar powder, and has the features of simple structured, energy saving, thorough collecting and so on. This equipment has been put into use in a number of sugar mills, and achieved good results. |
