电液比例变桨距风力机半物理仿真试验台

摘    要:针对风力机变桨距控制研究的重要性,提出风力机电液比例变桨距系统半物理仿真试验台的设计方案。通过风力机空气动力学分析和模型研究,为变桨距控制提供了理论基础。当仿真风速信号在额定风速上下变化时,加载装置实时模拟作用在变桨距液压缸上的风力负载,同时仿真平台中电液比例变桨距执行机构控制桨叶节距角发生相应的变化,通过风力机模型实现半物理仿真,最终输出功率稳定在额定功率附近,达到了变桨距功率控制的要求。

Abstract:Since importance of research on wind turbine pitch-controlled technology, the scheme of semi-physical simulation test-bed for wind turbine electro-hydraulic proportional pitch-controlled system was formed. Based on the research of wind turbine aerodynamics characteristics, a model was established and the theoretical foundation of pitch control was built. When the simulation wind speed is up/down the rated one, the load device simulates wind force on the pitch-controlled cylinder and the pitch-controlled system controls the pitch angle accordingly. Then through simulation calculations, the output power is kept around the rated, which is satisfied the demand of power control.
