基于Pro/E Wildfire3.0的阀体压铸模设计与制造

摘    要:以电喷汽车节流阀体压铸件为例,介绍了在Pro/E Wildfire3.0软件中进行压铸模设计与制造的方法,并重点介绍了分模的操作步骤.在模具模式中利用各种模具设计工具,可以快速完成模具设计工作.模具设计完成后,可以在制造模式中编制成形零件的数控加工程序,以用于数控加工.对于数控机床加工不到的部位,则必须采用电火花机床进行加工.使用电火花加工成形零件需要设计电极,可以在组件模式中利用切除功能来设计电极.

Abstract:Taking die casting die for trottling valve as an example, Pro/E Wildfire3.0 based die casting die design and manufacturing was introduced and operation procedure of die parting was emphasized. Die design work could be quickly finished by using die design tool imbedded in the software. When the die design finished, code for NC manufacturing could be programmed in manufacturing mode. For those that could not be manufactured by NC machining, EDM could be used. Electrode could also be designed by cutting function in the component mode.
