提高高铁低硅烧结矿强度的实验研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下,对高铁低硅烧结原料,采用提高生石灰配比、燃料外配等措施,进行了旨在提高烧结矿强度和生产率等指标的实验研究.实验结果表明:全部用生石灰替代石灰石进行烧结,可提高烧结矿转鼓强度;用30 %的燃料外配时,可略微提高烧结生产率.

Abstract:For high iron and low SiO2 sintering mix, an experimental study was made in laboratory aiming to improve the strength and productivity of sinter by means of technological measures such as increasing the blend ratio of burnt lime and appending additional fuel. Experimental results show that using 100% burnt lime to replace limestone can increase sinter strength and in the condition of 30% appending additional fuel the productivity is improved slightly.
