摘    要:汽轮机低压转子是大型核电机组的关键零部件,其主要用钢为30Cr2Ni4 MoV钢。文章通过高温热力学模拟实验,研究30Cr2Ni4 MoV钢在应变速率0.01s-1,温度1200℃~1150℃、1100℃~1050℃、1000℃~950℃双道次变形条件下的高温变形行为,得到30Cr2Ni4 MoV钢在大型锻造件生产中多道次变形条件下的流动应力曲线,以及动态再结晶的发生条件和组织控制规律。

Abstract:30Cr2Ni4MoV is the commonly used material of low-pressure rotor which is the key component of nuclear power plant.Based on the thermodynamics simulation research of two-pass deformation,which was conducted at strain rate 0.01s-1 and temperature range 1200℃~1150℃,1100℃~1050℃,and 1000℃~950℃ respectively,the flow stress curves of 30Cr2Ni4MoV under the production condition of heavy forging was obtained.The critical conditions of dynamic recrystallization and the microstructure control were studied.
