炼焦煤粘结不同粒度惰性物质能力的研究

摘    要:通过测定3种强粘结性炼焦煤粘结小颗粒惰性物质和大颗粒惰性物质能力的强弱,得出:当惰性物质的粒度小于0.4 mm时,较低变质程度的气肥煤和肥煤对其粘结性略强于较高变质程度的焦煤,而当惰性物质的粒度大于0.4 mm时,较高变质程度的焦煤对其粘结性明显优于较低变质程度的气肥煤和肥煤气肥煤和肥煤,且随着惰性物质粒度的增大,焦煤粘结性的优势更加突出。从而揭示出国内常用评价炼焦煤粘结性的指标——粘结指数G值在评价气肥煤和肥煤粘结性特征上的局限性。

Abstract:By means of measuring the bonding ability of three different kinds of strong bonding coking coal in bonding the small sized inert materials and large sized one it's proved that when the inert material particle size is smaller than 0. 4 ram, the bonding a- gility of the gas fat coal and fat coal with lower modification level is moderately superior over that of the coking coal with higher modification level, yet when the inert material particle size is larger than 0. 4 mm, the bonding ability of the coking coal with higher modification level is dramatically greater than that of the gas fat coal and fat coal. With the increase of the particle size of the inert materials the superiority of the coking coal of its bonding ability is more prominently shown. All facts show the limitation of the co- king index G, the index commonly used at home for evaluation of the bonding ability of coking coal in assessing the bonding ability of the gas fat coal and fat coal.
