摘    要:分析了转炉厂方坯连铸机火焰切割装置丙烷气消耗高的原因,通过优化丙烷站布局、实施应用副枪点火技术改造,使丙烷气吨钢成本大幅下降。

Abstract:The present paper analyzes the cause to high consumption of propane gas for the flame cutter of the billet continuous caster in the Converter Steel-making Plant. The cost of propane gas/ton steel has been greatly reduced by optimization of the arrange ment of the propane stations and implementation of ignition by sub-lance technology.
