偏心搅拌混合特性水模试验研究

摘    要:基于国内外KR搅拌脱硫混合特性的理论成果,提出一种偏心搅拌脱硫新工艺,完成了常规四叶搅拌器与相同叶片结构的WG-3Y搅拌器的偏心搅拌水模试验。试验结果表明,在合理的偏心距和搅拌器潜入深度条件下,偏心搅拌具有明显地改善搅拌混合性能的效果,与常规四叶搅拌器相比,WG-3Y搅拌器的搅拌混合性能更优,偏心距影响程度更大。

Abstract:Based on the results of the theoretical research on the mixing performance of KR stirring desulphurization at home and abroad, a new desulphurization process of prejudicial stirring is put forward and then water model tests on prejudicial stirring of routine stirrer with four blades and WG-3Y stirrer with three blades are carried out. The test results indicate that only if the prejudical distance and the submerging depth of the stirrer are properly designed the prejudicial stirring can obviously improve the mix- ing performance and in comparison with the conventional 4 blade stirrer the new WG-3Y stirrer is more superior in its mixing performance and the influence of the prejudical distance is much greater.
