武钢CSP液压系统清洁度的综合控制与实践

摘    要:介绍液压系统清洁度的主要影响因素,依据系统清洁度的平衡关系,分析系统清洁度平衡过程中各参数的相对影响,得出一些十分实用的定性结论,列出多种有效的污染控制措施。同时介绍武钢条材总厂CSP分厂液压清洁度的综合控制及效果。

Abstract:The main factors affecting the cleanliness of CSP hydraulic system are described.According to the equilibrium relation of cleanliness of the system the influence of various parameters in the process of balancing the cleanliness of the system is clarified and then their law is analyzed and found and various measures for control on the contamination are drawn up.As the results the control level of the cleanliness of the hydraulic system in the CSP Branch of WISCO is improved and both the trouble rate and running cost of the equipments are lowered simultaneously.
