摘    要:针对板坯浇铸过程中发生的粘结漏钢事故,从设备状态、保护渣、连铸操作等方面进行分析,认为拉速控制不当是本次事故主要原因,提出相应的预防措施,避免了该类事故的再次发生。

Abstract:In light of the sticking breakout accidents occuring in the process of the slab continuous casting all operating factors concerned including the equipment conditions, mould flux and continuous casting operation are analyzed. It is concluded in the end that the primary cause to the occurrence of the accidents is inappropriate control of the draw- ing speed and to prevent against repeated occurrence of the similar kind of accident counter measures are put forward.
