摘    要:提出了用快速成型技术解决复杂形状陶瓷零件的成形难题。用光固化树脂制造零件的凹模,注入酚醛树脂和淀粉的混合液,固化后热解形成碳支架,然后高温渗硅制成SiC复合材料陶瓷叶片。测定了叶片的成分;对叶片材料的微观结构进行了SEM分析。证明制成的叶片样件为SiC/C/Si组成的复合材料,这种工艺具有可行性。

Abstract:Applying rapid prototype technology to fabrication of ceramic component, complex - shaped ceramic vane can be fabricated quickly without traditional metal mould. A rapid prototype model of vane was fabricated, and it was filled with mixture of phenolic and starch powders to make a ceramic vane precursor. After the precursor was solidified, it was pyrolyzed and sintered with Si to form ceramic vane. This novel procedure resolves the difficulties of fabrication of complex - shaped component.
