单片机温度液位智能控制的实现

在衣康酸生产过程中要达到准确控制浓缩环节的各个参数,提高产品的质量与产量,需要改变传统的控制方法(人工控制).提出了一种用AT89系列单片机设计智能调节器的方法,使用智能调节器控制可以避免由人工操作带来的误差.数据采集及处理采用ADC0809芯片进行数据转换,同时说明采集数据时需要注意的问题.智能调节器具有输入、输出和报警方式设置,具备手动自整定和显示输出值等,操作方便.
