| Abstract: | Different ways of reconstructing the state-owned enterprise with high-tech industry are advanced on the basis of a deep research on characteristics of both state-owned enterprise and high-tech industry. Cases are also raised to prove the effectiveness of the state-owned enterprise reform. |
