数控机床主轴矢量控制策略研究

摘    要:根据交流电机矢量控制理论,结合某加工中心主轴交流伺服系统,给出考虑异步电机参数变化的伺服系统控制框图;通过MATLAB/Simulink对该控制系统进行了仿真验证,结果表明由于电机参数特别是电阻的改变,伺服控制系统性能变差;最后提出改进系统响应快速性的控制方案。

Abstract:Vector control theory was studied.Taking the spindle AC servo system of a machining centre as example,control frame diagrams based on parameters change of asynchronous motor were deduced.The simulation of the control system was made by Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results indicate the change of motor parameters,especially the change of resistance,makes the control performance worse.Control strategy to improve response velocity of system was given.
