摘    要:建立了一种测定工蜂幼虫和蛹中脂肪酸的气相色谱分析方法。采用湿法研磨工蜂幼虫和蛹以破坏细胞和提取脂肪,提取液用氢氧化钾-甲醇进行甲脂化反应,上清液用于气相色谱分析。共检出了10种脂肪酸,其中幼虫和蛹的不饱和脂肪酸含量约占脂肪酸总量的46-47%。该方法简便、快速,且有较好的精密度和重复性、可靠性,适用于工蜂幼虫和蛹中脂肪酸的测定。

Abstract:The analysis method for the determination of fatty acids in worker bee larvae and honeybee pupae by GC was established.Worker bee larvae and honeybee pupae samples were treated with wet grinding to destroy cells and extract fat.Then the extract was esterificated by using KOH-CH3OH solution and determined by GC.Ten kinds of fatty acids were specified.The relative content of unsaturated fatty acids in total fatty acids was about 46-47%.The method was found to be simple,rapid,precise and accurate.It was suitab...
