甘草黄酮和甘草酸联合提取溶剂系统的筛选

摘    要:目的:筛选联合提取甘草黄酮和甘草酸的最佳溶剂并确定其浓度。方法:利用超声辅助提取法,分别用不同溶剂联合提取甘草黄酮和甘草酸,用分光光度法测定其含量。结果:甘草黄酮和甘草酸的含量最高分别达2.96%和8.18%。结论:70%BWE混合溶剂提取效果最好。

Abstract:Objective:To select optimum solvent of combine extracting flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid from glycyrrhiza and confirm concentration of the optimum solvent. Method: Using ultrasonic extraction method, different solvent were used respectively to combined extracting flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid, In the whole course of experiment, the content of flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid were determined by Spectrophotometry. Results: the content of flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid are up to 2.96%, 8.18% respectively. Conclusion:The effect of extraction is the best when using 70%BWE mixture solvent.
