小波分析在故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:在简单介绍小波分析的发展和基本原理的基础上,系统综述了小波分析在故障诊断中的研究进展与状况,详细介绍了小波分析在故障诊断中应用的各种方法。重点阐述了小波分析信号处理的故障诊断方法,以及小波分析与各种智能理论与技术结合的故障诊断方法,如小波分析与神经网络相结合的方法、小波分析与模糊理论相结合的方法和小波分析与数据融合等理论相结合的故障诊断方法,并对各种方法做了分析与讨论。分析了小波分析在故障诊断中的应用研究现存的几个问题,并对解决这些问题和未来的发展进行了探讨。

Abstract:After introducing the development and basic theory of wavelet analysis, the advance and status about this field is reviewed. Various methods of the application of wavelet analysis to fault diagnosis are instructed in detail, including the method of wavelet analysis fault diagnosis and the methods based on the combination of wavelet analysis with the intelligence theory and technology, such as neural networks, fuzzy logical and data fusion. The analysis and discussion is given to each method. Finally, by analyzing some of the existent faultiness of the research on the application of wavelet analysis to fault diagnosis, the future research directions and solutions are discussed.
