压电驱动无阀微泵泵腔流场分析

摘    要:介绍了无阀微泵的工作原理,对无阀微泵的流量与效率进行了理论分析,利用ANSYS软件对微泵泵腔内的三维流场进行了有限元数值模拟。所作的研究对于无阀微泵的设计和应用具有指导意义。

Abstract:The working principle of the valve -less micropump was introduced, the flowrate and the efficiency of the pump was analyzed, three dimensional flow field was calculated numerically by the method of finite element with ANSYS software. The results of the paper is very helpful for the design and application of the valveless micmpump.
