摘    要:为了解决数字电视机顶盒播放标清和高清视频的兼容性及传输带宽浪费问题,结合现有数字电视编码标准和H.264 SVC的基础,在考虑实际应用的情况下本文对H.264 SVC面向MPEG-2基本层扩展进行研究,设计了标准间SVC并给出了标准间SVC详细的编解码器系统架构,同时对关键性问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决方案,具有良好的可行性,标准间SVC的设计实现了跨标准的视频播放,提高了编码效率,为视频编码技术发展和数字电视高清化普及提供了理论基础。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of compatibility of TV STB playing standard-definition and high-definition videos and the problem of wasting transmission bandwidth, and combined with existing digital TV coding standards and H.264 SVC basis, the Article studies H.264 extending to MPEG-2 base layer after taking consideration of actual application situation, has designed SVC based on hybrid standards and proposed detailed coder-decoder system frame of SVC based on hybrid standards,and has conducted analysis on key problem and proposed corresponding resolutions with satisfying feasibility at the same time. Design of SVC based on hybrid standards has realized cross-standard video playing, increased coding efficiency, and provided theoretical basis to video coding technology development and digital TV high-definition popularization.
