芳纶针织物增强复合材料的制备及其弯曲性能

摘    要:详细描述了采用平板硫化机制备芳纶针织物增强复合材料的过程及工艺,对制得的芳纶针织物增强复合材料进行等离子体处理。低温等离子体处理条件为:压强60 Pa,功率150 W,时间120 s,并探究了等离子体处理对芳纶针织物增强复合材料的弯曲性能的影响。

Abstract:The process and technology which used to make aramid fiber knitted fabric reinforced composites by vulcanization mechanism are described. Then the composites are treated by plasma. Low temperature plasma processing conditions are as follows: pressure 60 Pa, power 150 W and time 120 s. And then the influence of plasma treatment on the bending performance of aramid fiber knitted fabric reinforced composites is discussed.
