摘    要:钢液的纯净度是提高轴承钢连铸坯质量的关键因素之一,而冶炼工艺以及预脱氧剂、终脱氧剂、精炼渣的合理选择及成分组成,直接影响钢液的纯净度和铸坯的质量.针对GCr15轴承钢冶炼和精炼工艺中的不足,提出优化方案,并进行工业性试验,优化了轴承钢的冶炼、精炼工艺,使钢液的纯净度得到显著的提高.
