水泵安装高程计算方法探讨

摘    要:水果安装高程计算是泵站设计重要计算之一,它直接关系到厂房挖深、京站投资和水泵机组安全稳定运行.根据多年设计泵站的经验,推荐用汽蚀安全系数法计算术系安装高程.与以往不同,这个新计算方法首先求出设计流量、最小流量和最大流量等工况水泵将要发生汽蚀的临界汽蚀余量,乘以适当的汽蚀安全系数得出水泵不发生汽蚀所需要的泵站装置汽蚀余量.由此计算出水泵安装高程.由于此安装高程形成的装置汽蚀余量,可以使叶轮进口叶片最高点得到超过汽化压力适当倍教(汽蚀安全系数)的压力,所以水泵不会发生汽蚀.该计算方法直观、全面和准确,在万家寨引黄工程水泵机组国际招标设计中得到应用,取得良好的效果.

Abstract:The determination of pump eredition elevation is one of the most important calculations in pump design which is directly related to pumphouse excavation depth, pumping station investment and the pump unit safety operation. This paper proposes cavitation safety coefficent method to determine the pump unit erection elevation. The required cavitation remaining value without cavitation can be gained by the critical cavitation remaining calculated in three working conditions of design flowrate, minimum flowrate and maximum flowrate multiplving an appropriate safety coefficent. As a result the unit erection elevation can be reckoned. This elevation can make the inlet impeller' top point reach a pressure which exceeds several times of vaporized pressure (cavitation safety coefficient), therefor,the unit cavitation can't occur. This method characterized is by simplexes, comprehensiveness and accuracy,and has a good practice in the international competitive bidding design of pump units for Shanxi Wanjiazhai Water Trans for Project
