摘    要:本文介绍了基于VXI总线技术的柴油发动机振动自动测试系统的设计方法以及柴油发动机振动信号的特点和传感器的安装,给出了整个系统的设计方案,详细描述了基于VXI多用途插板式硬件平台(VVP平台)的VXI同步采样模块与基于虚拟仪器系统技术的自动测试软件的设计。系统具有较好的工程实用性,可取得很好的经济效益与社会效益。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design method of diesel engine vibration automatic measure system. The characteristic of diesel engine vibration signal and the installation of sensor are provided. It also provides the whole system's design scheme including VXI sync sampling module based on VVP and automatic system software based on virtual instrument system technology. The contents of this paper have good engineering practicability and will be able to attaint economy and society benefit.
