酸溶性水泥的室内研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型酸溶性水泥(MC)的基本性能,并研究了该体系在盐酸及土酸中的酸溶性。同时考察了温度、酸液浓度及酸液体积对酸溶性的影响。结果表明MC水泥浆体系与水泥净浆性能接近,但水泥石有明显的体积膨胀,且水泥石能在HCl中完全溶解。因此,可用于油气层漏失的堵漏作业。

Abstract:Cement slurry is used to treat lost circulation during drilling and completion opera-tionS, but it can result in formation damage and plugging failure due to its poor acid solubility and cement shrinkage. A new acid soluble cement (MC) and its solubility in both hydrochloric acid and clay acid are presented. The effect of temperature, acid concentration on the solubility of MC cement is discussed. Laboratory tests indicate this acid soluble cement can be used in treating well lost circulation.
