碳纳米管中Stone-Wales缺陷的对称性效应

摘    要:采用π电子紧束缚模型,结合实空间的格林函数方法计算了(10,10),(12,0),(10,7)缺陷碳纳米管的电导和态密度,分析了Stone-Wales缺陷的对称性效应.结果表明,Stone-Wale缺陷产生了2个具有确定宇称的准束缚态,电导中的波谷和局域态密度中的波峰都是由准束缚态产生的.

Abstract:The symmetry effects of defect in the single-walled kinds of carbon nanotubes are discussed in this paper.The conductance and the density of states of carbon nanotubes are calculated at(10,10),(12,0),(10,7) based on the tighten-bind up model and the true-space Green's Functions.It is indicated that two quasibound states with certain space-symmetry are produced by the Stone-Wales defect,resulting in the wave bottoms in conductance and wave peaks in local density of states.
